We have really enjoyed learning all about our bodies. We drew around our friend's bodies and labelled their different body parts. We then labelled pictures of our own bodies.
We created our own doctor's surgery. We acted out roles such as doctors, nurses, patients and receptionists and explored the different equipment that doctors and nurses use such stethoscopes.
After reading Funnybones by Janet and Alan Alberg we spoke about the role of our skeleton and created skeleton pictures using paint and art straws.
Finally, we investigated our five senses. We had lots of fun going on listening walks, played I spy, food tasting, exploring a feely box and smelling some stinky socks!
